AROUSSAROME

In the heart of the picturesque landscape of Larache in 2017, the Aroussarome Cooperative was created with the collaboration of 5 members, aiming to utilize wild plants and cultivate medicinal herbs such as mint, thyme, and lavender. Despite a modest start, the members faced major challenges, ranging from a lack of marketing to scarce equipment. However, they overcame these obstacles by obtaining ONSSA certification and securing funding to develop production. Today, the cooperative participates in several exhibitions and has a strong presence in solidarity markets and herbalist shops, strengthening its position in this promising sector.
